Our Approach
Three Pillars.
One Mission.
Our pillars are built around one idea; "when every part of the family grows, the whole family thrives."
NFAI is more than a program.
The National Family Alignment Initiative (NFAI) believes that lasting change occurs when youth, families, and communities are strengthened together. Our flagship pillars work in alignment to address the unique needs of young women, young men, and youth facing instability while supporting the family system as a whole. Following is our Flagship Pillars.

Sister-to-Sister National Collective
Provides safe and supportive environments where women and girls can heal emotionally, develop leadership skills, and strengthen their role within the family and community.

BrotherBuilt
Men carry a lot. Most never get a place to set it down. BrotherBuilt gives men an honest, safe space to feel, heal, and grow.

Young Ambassador Academy
Provide trauma-informed support, life skills development, and mentorship that help youth build resilience and positive identity.
Family Alignment Model
How Our Pillars Work Together
While each pillar serves a unique population, they are designed to work together as part of NFAI's Family Alignment Model™. Together, these pillars create a coordinated pathway toward stronger families, healthier youth, and more resilient communities.
