About This Program

How BROCODE Partnership works

After five years of impact through Sister-to-Sister National Collective, the work has expanded through partnership with BROCODE to offer structured mentorship and development programs that cultivate emotional intelligence, responsibility, and leadership among men and boys.

BROCODE is a formation culture for men of all ages designed to strengthen identity, build mental, emotional, spiritual, and practical leadership, and create safe, authentic brotherhood. At the center of BROCODE is "The BROCODE Table". An ongoing environment where men belong before they mature, grow through shared responsibility, and are shaped through real conversation and lived experience rather than programs or tiers.

BROCODE is not a class or a season. It is a shared space where wisdom moves across generations, responsibility is carried with integrity, and men are formed to lead themselves, their families, and their communities with conviction

How BROCODE Partnership Works

What We Do Together

The Heart Of The Program

01

Emotional Strength

We learn how to feel, how to talk, and how to handle hard things in a healthy way.

02

Identity & Self-Worth

Every man has value. We help him find it, own it, and live it out loud.

03

Healthy Boundaries

We teach men how to say yes to what matters and no to what does not.

04

Leadership Formation

Strong men lead at home, at work, and in the community. We build that strength on purpose.

05

Brotherhood

No man does this alone. Every brother has brothers walking with him.

Meet The CEO
